Jack Klosek

Attorney

A Bay Area Native, Jack grew up in Mountain View, California, before moving to Berkeley to attend UC Berkeley (go Bears!). Jack always wanted to practice law and be close to family and friends, so he decided to go to UC Davis School of Law.

After finishing law school, Jack worked at the Santa Clara County Courthouse, assisting probate examiners with probate matters and acting as the research attorney for the probate department judge.

Jack then transitioned into private practice working at several high-end boutique estate planning firms, including Watson & Machado LLP, WealthPLAN, PC, and GVM Law LLP, where he honed his skills in probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning.

My favorite part of estate planning is getting to know people from all walks of life, understanding their needs, and working with them to best accomplish their goals.

When not serving clients, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, playing pick-up basketball, training his beautiful German Shepherd named Nala, and wine tasting in the surrounding areas.

Isabelle Zajac

Attorney

Isabelle Zajac is a Bay Area native who relocated to Folsom in 2024 after honing her skills at a boutique firm in the South Bay. Passionate about estate planning, Isabelle now focuses primarily on matters related to estate planning, trusts, and probate. She assists clients with the preparation of both revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney for health and finance, as well as navigating trust and probate administrations.

Isabelle earned her J.D./M.B.A. from Santa Clara University in 2022, following her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their calico cat, Buttercup.

Hannah Mendez

Attorney

Hannah is an estate planning attorney serving clients throughout California. With five years of dedicated practice and a focus in estate planning, she helps individuals and families protect their assets and secure their legacies through comprehensive trusts, wills, and estate plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

She graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with distinction as a member of the Accelerated Honors Program. During law school, she externed for Chief Judge Sargis of the Eastern District of California's Federal Bankruptcy Court and studied the First Amendment at the University of Salzburg under retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Outside the office, she enjoys planning her next trip, getting lost in fantasy novels, and experimenting in the kitchen to improve her somewhat mediocre cooking skills. Hannah lives in Folsom with her husband Michael and their rescue dog, Captain.

Eric Giersch

Attorney

Eric Giersch is an attorney focused on trusts and estates, probate, and related fiduciary matters. Eric's practice includes estate planning, trust administration, probate, trust accountings, real estate transactions, business entity formation, and disputes involving fiduciary duties. He works closely with clients and their financial, tax, and other professional advisors to develop practical solutions tailored to each client's circumstances and goals.

Eric understands that trust and estate matters often arise during difficult or emotionally sensitive times, whether following the loss of a loved one, amid family disagreements, or while planning for the future. He is committed to guiding clients through these matters with clarity, patience, and attention to detail, helping them protect their interests while working toward outcomes that reflect their family's values and long-term wishes. Whether helping a client plan for the transfer of wealth to future generations or resolving an estate or trust administration, Eric approaches each matter with the same level of care and diligence.

Eric is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2023–2026.

Outside of the office, Eric lives in Sacramento with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, playing golf, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Abbie Laackmann

Office Manager & Legal Assistant

Abbie joined the firm in May of 2023, initially focusing on client intake and administrative duties. Now serving as Klosek Law’s Office Manager, her primary focuses include ensuring efficient office operations and assisting the attorneys with Probate and Trust Administration matters.

Abbie particularly enjoys her role of providing support to clients, her colleagues and the attorneys.

Outside of work she loves spending her time with family, reading and camping outdoors.

Clarissa Maciel

Legal Assistant

Clarissa was born and raised in California’s Monterey Bay area before moving to Sacramento to attend California State University, Sacramento. She joined Klosek Law Offices in 2022.

Clarissa has a strong background in estate planning and plays an integral role in guiding clients through the planning process, from initial client communication through the preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other essential documents. Her experience also extends to probate and trust administration matters. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the process with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of the office, Clarissa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new local spots, and making new memories with her daughters.

Jada Macias

Legal Assistant

Jada is a skilled legal assistant at Klosek Law, where she has been an essential part of the team for the past two years. In her role, she supports attorneys by managing case files, coordinating schedules, and communicating with clients. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities make her a reliable resource in a fast-paced legal environment. Jada often assists with preparing materials for hearings and ensuring all documentation is accurate and court-ready.

Outside of work, Jada enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd, Katie, and exploring the Sacramento food and art scene.

Andrea Licata

Administrative Assistant

Andrea Licata was raised in Placer County, CA, with roots in both Italian-American and Hispanic culture. Because family and legacy have always been central values in her life, the work she does at Klosek Law Offices is especially meaningful to her.

Andrea is in the process of completing her Bachelor’s in English with a minor in Philosophy through Arizona State University. She enjoys learning about the philosophy of law and has a long-term interest in the legal field. At Klosek, she strives to support clients and her team with diligence and care.

In her free time, she loves writing, reading, antiquing, and spending time with her daughter, Clementine.

Nataly Dam

Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in Sacramento, Nataly earned a BA in Ethnic Studies from CSU Sacramento. She joined the firm in the fall of 2025. As an administrative assistant, she prides herself on being detail-oriented to reliably support the team by providing thorough, accurate work. Her primary duties include preparing and mailing documents, processing and submitting claims, scanning and filing documents, and managing attorneys' calendars.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pet dog, as well as reading and baking.

Angela Bedsworth

Paralegal

A California native, Angela was born and raised in Bakersfield before moving to Irvine to attend Concordia University Irvine, graduating in 2017. Prior to joining Klosek Law Offices, she spent several years working in trust and estate litigation and civil litigation. She has been with the firm since May of 2026, currently focusing her work on probate and trust administration matters.

Outside of work, Angela and her husband Stephen spend their time trying to keep up with their extremely energetic daughter, who never misses an opportunity to make people laugh. She's a constant source of amusement — if you ask Angela about her be prepared, because she won't run out of stories any time soon. Angela's other hobbies include reading, board game nights with friends, and treating recipes more like guidelines than actual rules.
