Jack Klosek, a Bay Area native, grew up in Mountain View, California, and is an experienced California estate planning attorney, probate lawyer, and trust administration attorney. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis – School of Law. Jack is fluent in Polish and provides knowledgeable guidance in California estate planning legal services, probate law, trust administration, wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning strategies.
Jack began his legal career at the Santa Clara County Courthouse, assisting probate examiners and acting as a research attorney for the probate department judge. He then worked at Watson and Machado LLP, WealthPLAN, PC, and GVM Law LLP, gaining extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law in California, before founding Klosek Law Offices in 2014.
Jack has been an active member of the State Bar of California since June 16, 2014 (Bar #297914), maintaining a clean license history while practicing estate planning, probate, and trust administration law.
